I highly recommend Block 1 Roofing for the work they did for us. We were in a real rush to get our roof repaired, and the owner responded to our inquiry right away, came over the next day to give us an estimate, and then squeezed us in to repair our leaky roof before a big rainstorm arrived. When he was repairing our roof, he found more broken tiles and damage to the chimney, so he repaired that for us as well. I was really pleased with his service – very prompt, cleaned everything up, very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

We reached out to them for a quote to install paving stones in our entire yard. They came by within two days to survey and said they could do the work within the next week. They came a week later and within 5 days were able to complete our entire yard. Block 1 Masonry are very professional and polite. Their boss is continually in communication sending updates throughout the day. His team of workers were also very polite and hard working. I highly recommend them.

Block 1 Roofing & Masonry did an amazing job on the repointing of my brick on both the front and back of my house. I work with a lot of contractors due to the nature of my job and I am not impressed often, but I can say that he is incredibly knowledgeable, shows up on time, and completes the work beyond expectations. They knew the proper materials to use for the work needed to restore my brick, which is a big deal because many masons don’t use the proper mortar which can create major problems down the line. I highly recommend them!

I’ve used Block 1 Roofing & Masonry twice now, once for a basement remodel and more recently for repairs to my roof after winter. The team were great both times and the price was reasonable.

Block 1 Roofing installed a new gutter system for us, and we’re happy with the results. They came up with a creative solution to eliminate a downspout in the middle of the back patio, and we don’t have any water splashing out of the gutters now. The house is much more resilient to heavy rains! They got the job done in half a day – very professional and quick.
